You can request deletion of your Helpa account using this page.
Before You Request Deletion
Deleting your account may remove or disable access to:
– Your Helpa account
– Your customer or helper profile
– Your service listings
– Your help requests
– Your notifications
– Your app access
Some information may be retained where required for:
– Legal compliance
– Fraud prevention
– Security records
– Wallet and transaction records
– Dispute resolution
– Accounting or operational records
How to Request Account Deletion
Please send your deletion request to:

Include the following information:
– Your username
– Your registered email address
– Your WhatsApp or phone number
– Whether your account is a customer account or helper account
– A short message saying: “I request deletion of my Helpa account.”
Processing Time
We will review your request and process it within a reasonable time, unless certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, wallet, transaction, or accounting purposes.
Important
For your security, we may need to verify that the account belongs to you before completing deletion.
