3. Contact Details and Unlocking
Helpa protects customer contact details until a helper unlocks a request using their wallet.
Once a request is unlocked, the helper may see the contact details related to that request.
Users must not add phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or contact instructions inside normal text fields such as descriptions, titles, notes, or request details.
Helpa may monitor or restrict text fields to prevent users from bypassing the contact unlock process.
4. Sharing Requests
Users may share allowed requests through WhatsApp or other supported sharing methods.
Shared request pages do not display private contact details unless the viewer is authorised to see them.
Users are responsible for the information they choose to share outside the Helpa platform.
5. Payments, Wallets, and Voucher Top-ups
Helpa may record successful wallet transactions, including top-ups, voucher redemptions, and unlock deductions.
